Musk's Bold Move: Attempting Reconciliation with Trump Amid Rumors and Divides

Elon Musk made an apparent attempt to get back into President Donald Trump’s good graces Monday, sharing a social media post demanding a crackdown on Los Angeles protests.

Just four days ago, a nuclear-level meltdown exploded that saw the two former allies hurl allegations — including that Trump appears in the Epstein files — and threats in a public war sparked by disagreements over the Big, Beautiful Bill.

But in an apparent attempt to make nice, Musk shared on X a Trump Truth Social post that stated LA had been “invaded and occupied by illegal aliens and criminals.” Musk added American flag emojis.

He also shared Trump’s attack on California’s Governor Gavin Newsom and LA Mayor Karen Bass, in which he said they were doing a “horrible job.”

On Saturday, Trump said he had no plans to reconcile with the world’s richest man, whose money was instrumental to the now-president’s campaign.
